Returns
You can request a return within 10 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
The product should not be damaged, used, or altered.
Proof of purchase or order ID is required.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product).
